*Job Description:
- Develop marketing plans and communication strategies
- Be responsible for ensuring and enhancing brand recognition and the company's image across various media channels
- Budgeting and resource allocation for marketing and communication plans
- Compile, analyze, and assess market information, customer preferences, and competitor information, and provide proposals and recommendations
- Build the organization of the Marketing department
- Establish processes, operational policies, and KPIs for the Marketing department and train the team
- Execute other tasks and assignments as delegated by the CEO
*Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
- Creative and strong business acumen
- Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills, along with good management and leadership abilities
- Strong marketing and strategic planning skills, with risk management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle work pressure
- Proficiency in English communication is an advantage
