*Job Description:
- Develop regular recruitment, training, and human resource development plans
- Establish compensation (salary + bonuses) and benefits (insurance, holidays, etc.) policies for employees
- Monitor the implementation of salary policies, social insurance, personal income tax, etc
- Organize job performance evaluations and assess the competencies of staff and employees
- Coordinate and support related departments in resolving human resource issues
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and support employees within the department
*Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent experience
